The rate charged for the shipping of your order is depends on the weight of your products/location and shipping Methods. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day however please allow 24-48 hours to process. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Shipping Confirmation will be emailed as soon as your order has been sent. Depending on your location, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.Please email info@phaizawngpar.com to request a refund and Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. note* you will be subject to pay return-shipping fee.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be Exchange. you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
